This unique research vessel is built for a Rhode Island company to do testing of autonomous underwater vessels. The boat is constructed of strip planked Douglass Fir over CNC cut plywood frames and Douglass Fir structure. All surfaces are epoxy coated and exterior surfaces are glassed as well. Powered with twin 350HP outboards she will have a nice turn of speed.
